Latch-Locks for Truck Loader Hose

A latch-lock, also referred to as a Transport/Stowage Lock (Boom Latch), keeps the boom safe while driving a truck loader.

It prevents the heavy hose boom from swinging out into traffic or banging against the vehicle while driving. This is a critical safety feature for road transport.

Latch-Locks for Leaf Vacuum Hose

Also referred to as a Coupling/Connection Security (Spring-Clip Latch) on vacuum hoses, a “Latch-Lock” fitting is a specific type of quick-connect coupling (often used with spiral ducting) to firmly grip the hose or mating adapter, ensuring the connection does not vibrate loose during operation.

Unlike a standard worm-gear clamp that relies on friction, a latch-lock fitting creates a positive mechanical engagement, often clicking or snapping into place for a secure seal that handles the negative pressure of vacuuming without pulling apart.
